We try to make sure that all information on the Website, including descriptions of our Goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of Goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the Website.
You should bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular you acknowledge that:
• Only one promotional code can be used at a time;
• The colours which are shown for the Goods on the Website will depend on many factors – including your display settings;
• All sizes and measurements are approximate;
• All Goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order; ,
• Any delivery estimates given on the Website or by email are estimates only;
• The Goods and promotions which are offered on the Website may not be available in-store, and vice-versa.
You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times.
"The products are fine, but I changed my mind"
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
For Made-To-Order clothing, if the items were made accurately according to your order specifications but do not fit, you are eligible for one free resizing service. You will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
"Products with quality problems"
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
For all products excluding Made-To-Order items, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped.
For Made-To-Order products:
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 50% of the product price.
Made-To-Order products that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.
